2. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking services, or social media plugins. No data is stored in your browser.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you visit our website, the web server automatically records information transmitted by your browser, in particular: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system used. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website is operated by a hosting provider that processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes and then deleted.
4. Contact and enquiries
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests, content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to handle a booking. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not pass on your data without your consent. We store it for as long as necessary to process your enquiry. If a contract is concluded, we retain the data in accordance with statutory retention obligations (in particular § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, seven years).
5. Google Maps (only with your consent)
On the contact page you can display a map from Google Maps. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The map is only loaded when you click “Load map”. Only then is a connection to Google's servers established, transmitting in particular your IP address; Google may also set cookies. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) TKG 2021. Your consent applies only to the current page view and is not stored; you can withdraw it at any time by reloading the page. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. External links
Our website contains links to websites of other providers (e.g. Nassfeld, Weissensee, Hermagor, the golf course, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry). Data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you click such a link. The respective provider is responsible for its own data processing.

The fonts used on this website are hosted locally on our server. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google Fonts).

For security reasons this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
